I haven’t been keeping my blog up to date because I am writing two (count ‘em) novels. One tentatively entitled “Marilyn” takes my personal, brief involvement with Marilyn Monroe and imagines a different future for her. The other, which I started first, is called, again tentatively, “Star.” It’s about an impoverished young woman who bounces from foster home to foster home but then makes her way to stardom. Maybe a year out, at the pace I’m writing now.
